Nana’s kitchen · Auckland, 1970s

Nana started the drink.

In the 1970s, Fiona’s mum Irene mixed fruit, honey, apple cider vinegar and water at home. Fiona grew up drinking it. Sodakick is that idea with bubbles — inherited, not invented by a marketing department.

Nana’s recipe, now sparkling

  • Real fruit

Fruit purée for bright, juicy flavor.

  • New Zealand Mānuka honey

Lightly sweet and rounded — never stevia or erythritol.

  • A splash of apple cider vinegar

Just enough for a crisp, clean finish.

Sparkling water

A soda, for the people.
